Mrs. Jernigan is the Work Based Learning Coordinator for WLCTC. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, master degrees in Instructional Technology and Secondary Education, and an educational specialist degree in Technology all from Mississippi State University.
She joined the Louisville Municipal school district in 2004 and was formerly the Technology Discovery and STEM/PLTW teacher at Louisville High School.
She lives in Louisville with her husband and has two daughters and one son.
